We all have conditioned habits and resistance behaviors. By addressing this with care and nuance we can begin to create change that happens over time and with consistent effort.

Creating a way of intentional living that includes:

  • Authentic relationships

  • Expansion of safety 

In working together we will provide an environment for clarity by sharing space and create a structure for how we show up for ourselves. With compassion and accountability learning what has meaning and purpose for you will bring clarity and direction. Growing up I moved around a lot. Living in different places and having to reinvent yourself over and over gives you a perspective otherwise not achieved until well into adulthood. You are your home. I believe life has meaning and purpose for us all. Through connection with ourselves our truest offering to this world can be accessed. We live in a world where disorientation and disintegration of our selves is in constant battle. So often our external world dictates our expectations of ourselves instead of the other way around. For me I call myself a recovering efficiency junkie. I was never a perfectionist in my mind. I was someone who needed to get to whatever place I needed to in the most efficient means possible. I did that for years until the part of me that had been making that possible gave out. Crash. Burn. So many of us know this experience. My external world had broken my internal spirit. 

My background in yoga, meditation and movement gave me an awareness I will always be grateful for but it did not prepare me truly for the depths of self exploration that was still needed to in order for me to put myself together again or what felt more accurately for the first time. Exploring my internal world with my coach and therapist during the aftermath of my mental health crash was scary and challenging. I needed to be shown that my home is inside myself again and that it had never went away. The work of showing up in spaces where I felt held and could do the work to discover my internal landscape was life changing. My goal with doing this work is to help others access their internal home and integrate all the parts of them in order to create meaning and purpose. Orienting their lives from the internal to the external so as to gain clarity in their daily lives.

with all that being said, i teach you how to move intentionally, with support, and with as much love and kindness as possible! i believe what we all need it is simply a reminder that: we are worthy of love.
